Manufacturing
We are the pioneers for creating the demand for covering spaces in gardens or natural open surroundings along with sturdy interiors. It is imperative that we do the fulfilment. We deliver exactly as promised. We are able to achieve this by paying great attention to quality standards and specifications.
Our evolved processes and procedures ensure that only the premium quality fabrics and thread enter the manufacturing facility. Quality control ensures that the fabric comply with all the approved quality assessment parameters like Thread count, weave, shrinkage test, waterproofing and fire resistance etc. Highly skilled and experienced tailors stitch the fabric into the finished goods exactly as per the customer specifications. The finished goods leave our facility ONLY after a final QC clears each manufactured item. Our items pass through rigorous quality tests so that only the best quality reaches our customers.
Our next focus is on Quantity. A lot of planning goes into our production line. The production facilities have been optimized over the years to produce sufficiently large number of items with superior quality so that our customer’s waiting time is minimum.
